Equine Rescue Plans Completed

Equine Rescue Plans Nearing Completion Liberty Park Charities, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 tax-exempt corporation and will be doing business as Crabby Lion Equine Sanctuary & Rescue (“CLESR”).  CLESR’s purpose is two-fold.  First we are devoted to the rescue and rehabilitation of abused, abandoned, neglected, and slaughter-bound horses. Second, we will provide horse therapy services.
